The Master Plan Implementation at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado encompassed approximately 142,000 SF of renovation and new construction, transforming both inpatient and outpatient services within the active 255-bed acute care facility. Spanning multiple floors and service lines, the project modernized critical clinical areas and public spaces while maintaining full hospital operations.
To achieve this, the work was delivered through twenty-two carefully sequenced construction phases that balanced patient safety and continuity of care with construction efficiency. Beyond interior renovations, the scope also addressed essential site and envelope improvements, including new visitor parking, reconfigured main drive aisles, and replacement of the bed tower curtain wall.
