The Renovation Project encompassed approximately 35,700 square feet across four floors, with an additional 3,900 square feet of optional Add Alternate work. The project expanded Clinical Exam, Diagnostic, and Office Spaces while maintaining clinic operations through phased construction.

On Level One (13,400 SF + 1,000 SF Add Alternate), existing clinical and office spaces were renovated, Exam and Diagnostic Rooms were added, the Administrative Suite was expanded, and Procedural and Prep/Recovery Rooms were created. On Level Two (4,800 SF + 2,900 SF Add Alternate), clinical spaces, Diagnostic Rooms, Support Areas, and the Check-in/Check-out area were updated.

Level Three (11,700 SF) converted an Auditorium into conference rooms, created additional Offices and Suites, and added a Collaborative Space with a kitchen and Roof Deck. Level Four (7,500 SF) included renovations to clinical spaces, the addition of Exam and Diagnostic Rooms, and a redesigned Check-in/Check-out area. All work was carefully phased and closely coordinated with clinic staff to ensure uninterrupted operations.
